• Can I get product samples?

  Yes! Simply contact us to request samples.

• Can you provide Certification documents?

  Based on documentation and verification from our partners, we are able to supply a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) on the raw material and a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) with each packaging delivery.

• Do you offer custom coloured bottles and jars? Which colours do you offer?

  We offer PET and rPET bottles and containers in any colour you want. Our standard range alone contains 50 colours. Read more about customisations here.

• How long does it take to produce the packaging?

   This depends on many things including the type of packaging, customisations, order size etc. Contact us with your enquiry for an estimate. 

• How much will it cost for my packaging to be delivered?

  This depends on the situation, but we will always try to find the best solution to suit your priorities, both regarding transit time and price. Our manufacturing is located in Europe so our lead times can be favourable because of this. Learn more about our additional services here.

• What are the prices for bottles and jars?

  Price can depend on many things including item, material, printing, customisations, delivery etc. Contact us for an estimate.

• What are your manufacturing capabilities?

  We have a production capacity of 180 million bottles per year. You can learn more about our production capabilities here.

• What information do I need to give you to place an order?

  We will ask you for the following information:

  Customer Name
  VAT No
  Contact Person
  Delivery address
  Is there a ramp or a forklift truck available at the destination? (If no, is delivery by truck with tail lift required?)
  How many pcs are you interested in?
  How many pcs are you using per month/year?

• What is the estimated time of arrival for my order?

  This depends on a few factors, but we will always try to find the best solution to suit your priorities regarding transit timing and price. We manufacture in Europe so this can allow favourable delviery times. We also have control over delivery through inhouse logistics department so we strive to deliver in a time frame that suits your schedule. For more information please contact us.

• What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for products?

  Our minimum order quantity depends on the product, but is typically over 10,000pcs per month minimum.

• Why can’t I find any prices on your website?

  There are so many factors that affect the price when it comes to our products such as size, type, quantity, no. of colours printed on the packaging, customisations etc. That is why we can’t set a standard price. The easiest way for you to get a price is to contact us.
